Species Account


Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: Quite widely recorded but local in vice-counties 61 to 64.

2013 (CHF):Similar in appearance to Nemophora degeerella but considerably smaller. Very local in the county. Usually seen flying in sunshine around wild privet, ash or sea-buckthorn but also coming to light.
