Species Account


Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: Widespread and locally abundant in moorland localities among bilberry in vice-counties 62 to 65. On the Sheffield moors a dark form occurs frequently which has the forewing markings obsolescent (HEB), there is no mention of this form in the literature.
