Species Account

Similar species: An extremely variable species in many forms, some resembling 1054 Acleris cristana, others 1052 Acleris umbrana and 1059 Acleris abietana.

Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: Recorded sporadically across all five vice-counties, recent records are mainly from vice-counties 62 and 63 but it is seldom reported to be common.
