Species Account

Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: There are scattered records dating from the end of the nineteenth century from all five vice-counties and literana was evidently widely if thinly distributed in Yorkshire at that time. Since the records given in Porritt's supplement (1904) this species has been recorded from only VC62.

Beaumont, 2002: The records given below are the first from the County in fifty years.
