2012 (CHF): This species seems to have expanded in numbers since the mid-1990s. Although much commoner in wet habitats it does wander to other areas and can be encountered over much of the county. It can occur in good numbers in some marshy sites eg 28 at Bishop Monkton on 21/7/2006.
