Beaumont, 2002: The records cited in 1989 (Beaumont, 1989) were considered unreliable by the late A.M. Emmet (pers. comm.) and should be discounted. There are, however, recent confirmed records from the County.
VC63. Sandall Beat Wood, larval case on Oak, 29.5.1992, moth reared; Gibbing Greave Wood, 19.7.1996 (HEB; Rossington, 8.7.1997 (RIH). NEW COUNTY RECORD.

Argus 50, 2005:
VC64. Ellington Banks MoD, 13.7.2005 det. HEB (CHF, JCW, SPW). NEW VICE-COUNTY RECORD.
