Species Account

Sutton & Beaumont, 1989:
VC62. Scarborough, larvae on leaves of field mouse-ear chickweed in May 1857, moths reared in June by TW. FIRST BRITISH RECORD (Stainton, 1858a), recorded regularly thereafter by many lepidopterists to at least the end of the century; Pickering 21.6.1942 by AS (Walsh, 1956).
