Species Account


Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: Widely distributed and often frequent or common in vice-counties 62 to 64, less recorded in vice-counties 61 and 65 where there is generally less woodland. This species has increased in some areas of VC63 over the past two decades.

2012 (CHF): Common and widespread across all of the county except perhaps for the north-west. Numbers are stable.
