Sutton & Beaumont, 1989:
VC62. Scarborough, 'not infrequent on the trunks of ash trees' (Wilkinson, 1868).
VC63. Sheffield by AD (Porritt, 1883-86) although he omitted the record from his list in Victoria County History (Porritt, 1907).
