Species Account
Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: Recorded quite widely and often frequently in VC63 and VC64, there are scattered records from the other three vice-counties and it is said to be common, especially as larvae.
2012 (CHF): Widespread across the county. Sometimes confused with other species. Melanic forms cannot be determined without dissection.
