Species Account
Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: Not recorded since Porritt (1883-86). This species used to occur quite widely in VC62 and at odd sites elsewhere. It still occurs at several sites in Derbyshire (VC57) some of which are quite near the Yorkshire border (Harrison & Sterling, 1986).

VC63. Woodhouse Washlands, 14.6.1996 (HEB, RFB); Bradway, Sheffield, 15.5.2000 conf RFB (PH). NEW VICE-COUNTY RECORD.
2012 (CHF): We are at the north-east edge of the range of this species which is commoner over the border in Lancashire. There are recent records from Holmfirth in 2002 and Settle and Honley in 2007 on our western fringes.
