Species Account

Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: The only Yorkshire locality for this species is on Thorne Moors, near the border with Lincolnshire in VC63. It was last recorded here in 1982 (Skidmore et al., 1985) and although it is not definite that this record was in VC63 rather than VC54, there is no difference in the terrain on the two sides and a record in one probably means it is also present in the other.

Current status (CHF, 2011): Porritt said that this species occurred freely on Thorne Moors. It was last recorded at this site as recently as 1995 and probably still occurs.
