For the county, we have a total of 2 records from 2 sites. First recorded in 1978.
Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: This species was caught on Crowle Moor in Lincolnshire in 1978 by Dr R.S. Key but, due to confusion with the County and the vice-county boundaries, it was not added to the Yorkshire list. This area of land is actually just in VC63, so this record is valid for both modern-day Lincolnshire and our demarcation of Yorkshire by the vice-county system.
VC61. Spurn, 8.8.1996 (BRS). NEW VICE-COUNTY RECORD.
Current status (CHF, 2011): Previous records from Spurn and from Crowle Moor, the last in 1996. Recent records from the Lincolnshire side of Crowle Moor suggest it may still occur in the county.
