Species Account


Argus 52, 2006:
VC62. Guisborough, larval tubes found at two adjacent sites 18.2.2006 (R. Edmunds). NEW VICE-COUNTY RECORD.

2013 (CHF): There have been no further records of this species. It is most usually found as long silken tubes formed by the larvae. These are formed on top of lichens and are covered with lichen fragments, usually in shady places on walls or rocks or sometimes on tree trunks. The larva pupates in the tube.
