Beaumont, 2002:
VC64. Far Headingley, Leeds, 15.9.1963 (CCS). NEW VICE-COUNTY RECORD.

2013 (CHF): There have been no records of this moth in the county since 1997. It is more likely to be found in wild habitats than other members of the genus and is rather local. The narrow yellow-ochreous line along the costa is characteristic.
