Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: This rare species is now even more local than formerly, there being no recent VC61 records. Most records are of larvae.

VC64. Bishop Wood, a single larva beaten 13.9.1991 (Jackson, 1993b).
2012 (CHF): The range in Yorkshire has contracted further and all recent records are from the south-east corner of VC63.
