Species Account

Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: The larvae of this species feed on berries of buckthorn Rhamnus catharticus, the single Yorkshire record is almost certainly based on a misidentification of Cochyls hybridella (Hubner).
VC62. Scarborough, 'bred from larvae feeding on the seeds of one of the Hieraciums' (Wilkinson, 1868).
