Species Account


Most records are of leaf mines.

Sutton & Beaumont, 1989: Usually very common among apple, this species was confused with P.oxyacanthae (Frey) in Porritt's time and is under-recorded, there are no records from vice-counties 61 and 65.

VC65. Hutton Conyers, mines on Malus 4.11.2001, moths reared (CHF). NEW VICE-COUNTY RECORD.
